New Travel Guidelines issued by 5 Indian Destinations
As there is a sudden increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country, many states/UTs have issued new guidelines to contain the spread of the virus.

Passengers travelling to Chhattisgarh need to carry a negative RT-PCR report of a test done within 72 hours of arrival at the Raipur Railway Station, Airport and the Inter-State Bus Stand. Otherwise, samples will be collected at these places for testing.
A night curfew has been imposed in Chattisgarh from 9 pm – 6 am. Hotel, restaurants and food delivery is allowed until 11 pm.

Bengaluru
Passengers travelling from Goa to Karnataka need to carry a negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours. This is also mandatory for those boarding their connecting flights from Goa. Please refer to the Bangalore Airport’s FAQ page to know the detailed rules.

Mizoram
All the entrants in Mizoram have to undergo a mandatory screening with a Rapid Antigen Test (RATg) for COVID-19. Only the asymptomatic people will be exempted from this screening, provided that they are carrying –
1) A negative RT-PCR test report not older than 72 hours, or
2) A certificate of discharge from home isolation or COVID care facility issued by the competent authority within 3 months prior to the date of entry.

Odisha
All passengers travelling to Bhubaneshwar need to undergo a mandatory RT-PCR test on arrival at the airport, irrespective of their vaccination status.
This order is to come into effect from today i.e. 7th January.

Bihar
In view of the rising cases, all schools, colleges, coaching centers, and hostels will remain closed till 21st January in Bihar. Government and private offices are allowed to function with only a capacity of 50%.
